R.E.S.E.T. is a therapy which by pressing gently on certain areas of the face releases tension and realigns the temporomandibular joint or T.M.J.

This joint is very important because it is a point in the jaw which deeply affects other areas of the body.

If this joint has gone out of balance then symptoms of pain or dysfunction may appear in apparently unrelated areas particularly the knee.  

When this joint has been balanced the muscles in up to 80% of the body are relaxed, thus relieving many chronic complaints.
