What's involved in NLP sessions?
The first
session is an important one. The practitioner will sit down with the client,
asking questions and listening to identify the current behaviour, habits or
beliefs and then establishes what the client wants to achieve or change.
After the intake, the first NLP techniques will be used to help the clients'
progress.
The follow up
sessions will use a variety of NLP techniques providing the resources needed
for the desired outcome. All the way through the practitioner will give
guidance on how to get positive results.
All sessions
are confidential, ethical and run in an informal manner.
