Counselling and Personal Growth sessions your practitioner will
assist you to
address
problems or issues using a
combination of body awareness, counselling techniques and TA theory, based
on each individuals specific requirements.
This is an opportunity for
you to take time and space to attend to;

*relationship issues
*depression
*health conditions
*tension or pain
Rather than ignoring,
accumulating, enduring or medicating.
Here you can acknowledge these physical
senses in a safe and supportive environment and explore thoughts and feelings of
